Refund Policy

1. Unused products can be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund less return shipping. To start returning unused items, please contact customer service here.

Please provide your order information.

Begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

We inspect all returned items. Product must be in new or unused condition with all original product inserts and accessories.

If the buyer regrets the return, e.g. the item does not fit, doesn't like the color/quality, changes his mind, ordered incorrectly, bought elsewhere, etc., the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If the return is due to our error or defective product, we will refund the full amount.

2. For the refund process, please follow the three steps below:

 

Prepare the items in the original packaging.

 

Mail the item to our return center using a traceable shipping service.

 

Important: Email your full name, tracking number, order number (very important) to this email address: keephaha@loganww.uu.me. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

 

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 3-5 business days. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, free of dirt, dust or any fragrance, and in the same packaging and condition as you received it.

 

Used Products:

 

We do not offer returns except in extreme cases of breakage/failure.

 

Customers must email keephaha@loganww.uu.me for a return authorization before sending any product back to a Keephaha store. Otherwise there will be no refunds and the customer has to pay for shipping to return the item, or sacrifice the item.

 

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or refund.

Please send us a notification after your shipment, you will need to provide the tracking number. Once we have received the item from you and checked that it is in good condition, we will exchange it or give you a refund. This will be released within 3 days.
